1.      Rock Creek Select Trainers and Coaches-Anyone would be hard pressed to match what we have to offer at every level of select baseball. 2.      Continuity of Instruction-This is one of the most important parts of a program.  Our hitting instruction will be a consistent message to our athletes. One instructor doesn’t teach one type of hitting while the other teaches another. The same goes for our pitching instructors.   This allows our athletes not to have to relearn or start over again as they progress up in age.  When you sign up for hitting or pitching instruction, you will be with that instructor for the duration of your lessons. You won’t be passed onto one or two different instructors.  Our goal is to give you the tools to not only be successful at the level that you’re at, but at the next level that you aspire to get to!

3.      Training complex- Our Training complex consist of 7 full size hitting tunnels, 2 Pitching tunnels, and a full weight room.  Unlike other regional training facilities, Rock Creek features multiple outdoor baseball fields as well. 4.      Facility Access-One thing will always be true. Players that practice in between practices and games will always have a step up on their competition.  One huge benefit of playing at Rock Creek Select is that we train out of our own facility and you have unlimited use to it throughout the year. Anytime that there is space available, you can use it. This includes the weight room, batting cages as well as the pitching tunnels. If a player wants to put in the time, our facility is available to them.  This feature comes at no added cost.

5.      Winning tradition- In Just 2 years RC select has already won a state title at Mickey Mantle 15U Olympic and had 2 other teams reach the semi finals of the state Sandy Koufax tournaments.  Our combined record for the 5 teams of 153 – 54 ( .739% ) puts us among the elite programs in the state.

6.      Contacts in the Baseball Circles-The staff we have assembled at Rock Creek Select has contacts throughout the baseball community.  This gives us the ability to help our athletes reach their dreams of playing at the next level. Our professional pitching instructor Scott Fairbanks, who works for the Los Angeles Dodgers as a scout, is well connected with colleges across the state of Washington as well as many top schools across the country. Coach Ryan Smart has a close tie with Bellevue College, one of the top junior college programs in the Northwest.  I take calls all the time from coaches looking for players to play all levels of college baseball.
